How to Set Auto Cancel Order

Auto-cancel order is a function that helps automatically cancel orders based on a predefined time set.

Method 1: Search “Checkout” in the search menu at the top of NMS > Scroll to find “Checkout Cart Setting”

Method 2: Go to My Sales > E-commerce Setting > Setting > Scroll to find “Checkout Cart Setting”

Set the auto-cancel date and time 

You can set the auto-cancel feature to a maximum of 30 days or a minimum of 5 minutes.

For example, if you set it to 1 day, the system will automatically cancel the order if the customer does not make payment within one day of order creation. This helps merchants efficiently manage and automatically cancel abandoned cart orders.
