Section 2: Things to Note Before You Start

AI product tools include both AI Image and AI SEO tools.
Activate 1 AI product costs 1 credit. The number of credits you have depends on your package.
Once activated, you can use all the AI product tools for life without any additional credit cost.
If you delete the AI product, the credit used to activate it will not be returned.

How to identify products that unlock AI-powered features

Products with the AI logo and the label 'This Product Purchased with AI Credit' have AI features unlocked. If you don't see these, you can edit the product and use credit to unlock an AI feature.

Section 3: How to Access AI SEO Tools

Step 1: Log in NMS backend

Step 2: Here are the ways to access the products list page:

Method 1: Search "Product List" in the search menu bar at the top of NMS

Method 2: Go to NMS side menu > Manage > Products > All Products

Step 3: Select the Product that you wish to edit and click

Section 4: How to Activate AI Product Feature

Step 1: Select the Product that you wish to edit and click

Step 2: Click the Upgrade to AI product button

Step 3: Click the "Yes, I agree" button.

Step 4: Click "OK" button and you can start to use the AI product feature.

Once you activate the AI product feature, you can use it for a lifetime.

Section 5: Change AI Agent

Our AI tool brings together insights inspired by up to 21 different industry experts’ perspectives in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese to help you create powerful, SEO-friendly keywords and descriptions. You can select up to five experts relevant to your industry from the list to assist you.

Step 1: Click the "Change AI Agent" button.

Step 2: Browse and select the expert you prefer.

Step 3: Once you have finished choosing, click "Confirm Selection."

Section 6: AI Description

Step 1: Click "AI Description Generator"

Step 2: Waiting for the AI system to process your AI description generator request.

Step 3: Once generated, you can check the description. If you want to edit it, you can edit the content directly.

Step 4: If you're okay with the content, you can select the language and click "Apply Selected Language with AI Suggested Content".

The system will directly paste the AI-generated description to your Product Detail.

Step 5: You can continue to add more information, such as product tags/keywords (refer to section 7), specifications, brand, price, FAQ (refer to section 8), and more. You can also edit your product image using our AI image tools (refer to the tutorial).

Step 6: Once done, click 'Submit' to save the products.

Section 7: AI Keywords

Step 1: Scroll to Tags

Step 2: Click "AI Tags Generator"

Waiting for the AI system to process your AI tag generator request.

Step 3: The system will automatically generate a few suggested keywords. You can tick to select the product tags, with a maximum of 5 tags allowed.

The selected keywords will be automatically applied as product tags.

If you wish to generate new suggested keywords, re-click the "AI Tags Generator" button, and this won't use up your credits.

Step 4: You can continue to add more information, such as specifications, brand, price, and more. You can also edit your product image using our AI image tools (refer to the tutorial).

Step 5: Once done, click 'Submit' to save the products.

Section 8: AI FAQs Optimization

Enhance your products AEO GEO by using AI technology to generate FAQs that boost customer engagement and improve SEO performance.

Learn why FAQ is important to your website

Step 1: Scroll to the AI FAQs Optimization Hub.

Step 2a: You can choose to manually add an FAQ by clicking "Add New FAQ".

Step 2b: Fill in your FAQ question and answer. Once done, click "Save".

Step 3a: No idea about the FAQs? No worries! Just click "Generate FAQs" to get AI-suggested questions.

The AI system will automatically generate a set of suggested FAQs, including both questions and answers.

You can also click "Regenerate FAQs" to receive alternative suggestions.

AI FAQ multi-language (CN, BM) translation is based on English (EN) content.

Step 3b: Select a question to view its answer. You can also edit the questions and answers directly in the column.

Step 3c: Once you’re done, click "Add to Current", and the My FAQs section will display it.

You can also select a few FAQ questions that you want to display and click "Add All Selected".

If you want to display all AI-generated FAQs, you can tick "Select All" or "Add All".

In my FAQs Section, you can click "Edit" to modify your question and answer.

If you don’t want a particular FAQ, click "Delete" to remove it. To remove all FAQs, click "Clear All in English" (depending on the language).

If you want a specific FAQ question to appear first, click "Move to Top".
