Section 1: How to Access CRM System

Before accessing CRM system, you need to make sure the CRM system is activated.
After the CRM system is activated, it will appear in the left-side menu > Click CRM > Go to CRM System

Step 1: After you access the CRM system, you can click 'CUSTOMERS' > 'MANAGE CUSTOMERS'

Step 2: You can manually add your customer information to the CRM system by clicking 'Add Customer.'

Step 3: Fill in the information and select the level. Once done, click 'Add.'

Section 3: How to Approve Pending Customer

If you require customers to create an account before accessing the CRM website, newly registered customers will appear in the pending customers list.

Step 1: You can click on 'Pending Customers' to review the customers awaiting approval.

Step 2: Click  to edit information.

Step 3: Fill in the information and select the level. Once done, click 'Update'.

The customer will receive a confirmation email with the username and password to log in.

You can filter your customers by selecting the customer level name.

You can check the total number of customers, their names, customer levels, last login times, and status.

Step 1: Select the customers you wish to send message 

Step 2: Click "SEND"

Step 3: Click 'Upload File' if you have one and add a message. Once done, click 'Send.'

Select the customers and click the status to activate or deactivate them.
