How to Check CRM Dashboard

Before accessing CRM system, you need to make sure the CRM system is activated.
After the CRM system is activated, it will appear in the left-side menu > Click CRM > Go to CRM System
Section 2: How to Check Dashboard Information
In the account information, you can check your company name, email address, and last login details.
In the Overview, you can view the total number of news posts, customers, products, orders, and downloads. You can click on the number, and it will link to the corresponding page.
If you set 'Create Account' as required for login, customers or dealers who register will appear in the 'Customers Awaiting Approval' section. You can click on the number of 'Customers Awaiting Approval' to check and approve the requests.

You can check the latest 10 pending orders on the dashboard for the order ID, customer name, order date, and amount. You can click Click to view order details and update the status.
