How to Add Photo in Photoalbum

Section 1: Introduction

Photoalbum can be used to upload your company photos such as project photos, company photos, workplace photos, team photos, events & activities, customer testimonials, equipment photos, and so on. 
Consistently updating photoalbum can help your website remain active and improve your site's search engine ranking and visibility.

Section 2: Differences Between Old Version & New Version

We have two different versions for managing photo albums: the old version and the new version.

You can freely switch between the old version and the new version by clicking on 'Switch to New Version' or 'Back to Old Version.'

The difference between the old version and the new version is in the presentation. In the old version, you need to click between tabs to check photos and albums, and you have to click 'Add Photo' to add a new photo.

In the new version, the presentation is side by side: all photos will be displayed on the left side, and albums will be shown on the right side. Additionally, you can directly click the + button to add a photo.

Section 3: How to Single Upload Photo in Photoalbum

a) Old Version

Step 1: Seach "Manage Photo Album" in search menu at the top of NMS or 

Go to NMS side menu > Manage > Photo Album > All Photo 

Step 2: Click "Add Photo"

Step 3: Click "Single"

b) New version

In the new version, you can choose to click the + button to add a new photo, or, like in the old version, click 'Add Photo' and select 'Single' to add.

Step 4: Click + to upload picture

Step 5: Select the album if you have preset the album or you can click "Add Album"

Step 6: Add Album name > Submit

Step 7: Add photo title and photo description (if have) 

If you want the photo to appear first, you can input a larger number to sort the photo.

Step 8: Once done, click "Submit"

Section 3: How to Multiple Upload Photo in Photoalbum

Step 1: Seach "Manage Photo Album" in search menu at the top of NMS or 

Go to NMS side menu > Manage > Photo Album > All Photo 

Step 2: Click "Add Photo"

Step 3: Click "Multiple"

Step 4: Click "Select" to upload a maximum of 20 photos.

Step 5: You can add the photo title (if have) or tick "Use Picture Name" one by one 

or

You can click  or tick 'Use Picture Name,' and select an album for all the photos that you uploaded. Once this done, all photo will share same information, no need to insert or select album one by one.

If you wish to upload more pictures, can click "Select" to upload them. If you unable to find an album, you can click "Add New Album" to add. 

Step 6: Once everything done, click "Submit"

Section 4: How to Show or Hide Photos in Photoalbum

Step 1: Seach "Manage Photo Album" in search menu at the top of NMS or

Go to NMS side menu > Manage > Photo Album 

a) Old Version

Step 2: Choose the photos you wish to hide and click  or click  to hide and show the photo.

You can also select multiple photos or tick "Select All" and click "Show All" or "Hide All" 

b) New Version

Hover your mouse over the photos and click  or click  to hide and show the photo.

You can also select multiple photos or tick "Select All" and click "Show All" or "Hide All" 

Section 5: How to Edit the Photo Title and Photo Description

a) Old Version

Step 1: Seach "Manage Photo Album" in search menu at the top of NMS or 

Go to NMS side menu > Manage > Photo Album > All Photo 

Step 2: Choose the photos you wish to edit and click  

You can also select multiple photos or tick "Select All" and click "Quick Edit" to edit.

If you have many photos under different albums, you can select the album and edit the photos inside it.

b) New Version

Hover your mouse over the photos and click  to edit the photo information.

If you have many photos you want to edit, you can select multiple photos and click "Quick Edit" to edit them.

Section 6: How to Delete the Photo in Photoalbum

a) Old Version

Step 1: Seach "Manage Photo Album" in search menu at the top of NMS or 

Go to NMS side menu > Manage > Photo Album > All Photo 

Step 2: Choose the photo that you wish to delete and click  and "Yes" to delete the photo

You can also choose multiple photos or tick "Select All" > Click Delete All" to delete selected photos.

If you have many photos under different albums, you can select the album and delete the photos inside it.

b) New Version

Hover your mouse over the photos and click to delete the photo.

If you have multiple photos want to delete, you can select those photos and click 'Delete All.
