How to Set Up Mantap - Mantap Setting

Complete all of the following setups before using the Mantap card to ensure it functions correctly.
Step 1: Link social media to Mantap
Inputs:
- Post to Facebook: Enter a link (e.g., your Facebook profile link, website link, or other social media link).
- Review us on Facebook: Enter your Facebook Page ID (you can find it in your page profile). For more instruction, please click the "Learn how to get your page id from Facebook"
- Review us on Google: Search for your business on clicking the "Get place id from Google Map" and copy the Place ID.
- Post to Red Note: To share a post on Rednote, you are required to upload an image in the bottom section. Once the image is uploaded, the “Share to Rednote” button will appear on your website.
Step 2: What would you love to hear from your customers in their reviews?
Please describe the content you would like your customers to share on their social media. If you tick "With contact information," their post will also include your contact details.
Step 3: Upload your company's awesome moment
- The uploaded photos will be randomly included in your customer’s share.
After completing all setups, you may need to wait up to 5 minutes for the AI to generate and process all configurations.
