How to use AI FAQ on Product Page?

First of all, make sure that the product page you wish to include FAQ section has unlocked the AI-powered features.

Once unlocked, you will see the AI logo on top right corner. 

Click the edit product button.

Go to AI FAQs Optimization Hub section inside the manage product page.

Click generate FAQ button, and a list of FAQs will appear on the right column.

You may edit each question and answer. 

Once done, select the prefered list and click + Add All Selected button to the FAQ list.



Click Submit button.
