Referral List - How to Add New Referral Person

Grow your sales through world-of-mouth! Increase sales by allowing individuals to become your affiliates and promoting your company's products or services through unique links.

With a unique referral link, customers can easily share your products or services with their network and generate new business for you. Your customers will also be incentivized and rewarded for recommending your business to others.

Here are the fastest way to access Affiliate Marketing & Referral: 

Method 1: Search for “Referral List” in the search menu bar at the top of NMS.

Method 2: After activating the plugin, refresh your browser. It will appear in the left side menu

Method 1: Add Referral Person

Step 1: Go to Referral System > Referral List.

Step 2: Add your referral information (Name, Contact, Email).

Step 3: Decide on a custom link; this unique referral link can include a referral name or other information to differentiate it from other referral links.

Step 4: Click the "Submit" button.

Step 5: You can manually add or import referrals as members, or ask members to sign up on the website.

Step 6: Click  to Edit

Step 7: Insert referral Email / Member ID > Click “Submit”

Method 2: Convert temporary referral to become official referral

A temporary referral is a website member who becomes a referral by joining through a website referral link https://yourdomain.com/referral/. The system will automatically generate a referral link for the temporary referral to share with their audience, friends, and family. If used in conjunction with the membership and loyalty program, temporary referrals will be able to earn points or rewards for each inquiry and qualifying purchase.

In Temporary Referral Person section, you will know the referral member name, their custom link, email address and contact number.

If want to convert them to become official referral, can click “edit”

Click “Yes” to set the temporary referral become official referral

Benefit 1: If you bind referral and member accounts, the referral can log into their member profile on the website to access their referral records.

Benefit 2: If used in conjunction with the membership and loyalty program, you can reward referral points when a referral successfully refers customers for purchases or inquiries.
