Shipped is a status when the merchant delivers the order and marks it as shipped.
Method 1: Search for 'My Order' in the search menu.
Method 2: Go to 'My Sales' > 'My Order.'
There are three to update the order status to “Completed”
Method 1: Once customers receive their order, they can complete the order by clicking 'Order Received.'
Method 2: After 14 days, the system will auto-update all the “shipped” orders to 'Completed'.
Method 3: Merchants can manually update the order to 'Completed'
Step 1: Click on 'Shipped'
Step 2: Select order and click “View Detail”
Step 3: Click “View Order on Website”
Step 4: Click “Order Received”
Step 5: Click “OK”
