How to Add Latest News

The latest news/promotion features can be used to publish and display recent articles, updates, or blog posts on the website. You can share your recent news, promotion, and knowledge tips in this feature.
Consistently updating news and promotions can help your website remain active and improve your site's search engine ranking and visibility.
Section 2: How to Access to Latest News Page
Method 1: Search "Manage Latest News" in search menu at the top of NMS
Method 2: Go to the NMS side menu > Manage > News/Promotion > All News/Promotion

Section 3: How to Add Latest News and Promotion
Step 1: Click "Add Latest News"
Step 2: Click + to upload latest news picture (Only news that upload pictures will be displayed on the website)
Step 3: For date, if the date is today's date, you can leave it. Otherwise, you can pick a different date for the news.
Step 4: For the category, if no category is required, you can leave it. Otherwise, you can choose from preset categories or click 'Add Category' to create a new one.

Section 4: How to Edit Latest News
Select the news and click to edit.
Section 5: How to Show / Hide Latest News
Click to show the hidden news or click to hide the public news.
If you have multiple news need to show or hide, can select them or tick "Select All" and click "Show All" or "Hide All".

Click to delete the news.

Section 6: How to Pin Your Latest News
You can click on to pin selected news to show at the top of the latest news on the website.
Section 7: Quick Link to Website & Expand Picture
Mouse hover over the latest news you created, click 
icon and you will be redirected to the page on your website.

Section 8: Website News Sorting
You can click and choose to sort by "Created Date" or "Event Date". Once done, click the "Confirm" button.
Created Date: Sorts news by the date it was added to the NMS system.
Event Date: Sorts news by the date you set for each news.
If you choose ‘Event Date,’ you can set the date of the news to sort the news.
