The 'Completed' status indicates that the entire order fulfillment process has been successfully carried out.
*** Once the order is completed, it cannot be modified by the customers or merchant.
There are three ways to complete the order:
a) Customer receives goods and clicks the "Order Received" button.
b) Merchant select the order > Click “View Detail” > Click "View Order on Website" > click "Order Received" button.
c) If neither the merchant nor the customer clicks the 'Order Received' button, the system will automatically complete the order 14 days after it has been updated to 'Shipped.
