Method 1: Search "Booking" in the search menu at the top of NMS

Method 2: After activating the plugin, refresh your browser. It will appear in the left side menu 

Go to NMS Side menu > Booking System > Booking Dashboard

By disabling 'Appointment Approval' when setting up a new booking service, all appointments are automatically approved, eliminating the need for manual approval by the merchant.

If you choose to enable Appointment Approval, you can manually update the booking to approved status using the following method:
Method 1: Click "Info" to check the booking details > Click "Manage" > Click "Approve Booking"
Method 2: Click "Manage" > Click "Approve Booking"

Method 3: Go to NMS Side menu > Booking System > Booking Services > Go Booking Calendar

Right-side pending approval list, click "Approve"

Section 4: How to Cancel a Booking

Once you approve a booking, you still have the chance to cancel it.
Method 1: Click "Info" to check the booking details > Click "Manage" > Click "Cancel Booking"
Method 2: Click "Manage" > Click "Cancel Booking"
For paying customers, if you need to cancel their bookings, you should notify them to arrange a refund or reschedule the appointment.
