Connect AI Customer Service with Messenger
February 25, 2025Steps to Connect AI Customer Service with Messenger
Step 1: Before you start, please connect your Facebook account first.
Step 2: Log in NMS system > Go to NMS side menu > Click AI Customer Service
Step 3: Click "Connect"
Step 2: Log in NMS system > Go to NMS side menu > Click AI Customer Service
Step 3: Click "Connect"
If you’ve previously connected with our Onesync MyChatbot, the AI customer service will automatically connect.
Step 4: Click "Edit Settings"
Step 5: Select and tick the pages you want to connect. Once done, click "Next"
Step 6: Make sure all permissions are turned on and click 'Done.
Step 7: Click 'OK' to be redirected to the AI customer service page.
Step 8: Click "Add Linked Facebook Page"
Step 9: Tick to select the page you want to add. Once done, click "Add" and “Yes" to link your Facebook page.
Please note that 1 Facebook page can only be connected to 1 NMS profile account.
Once connected, it will display the Facebook page name, page ID, and status.
Click 'Histories' to view the conversation history or reply manually. (tutorial)
Click 'Remove' to unlink the Facebook page.
