How to View Product Sold and Customer Report

Section 1: Introduction

Our Product Sales & Customer Report allows merchants to select up to 5 products at a time and view key insights, including:

  • Units sold and items currently in customers’ carts
  • Customers who have purchased the product before
  • Members who currently have the product in their carts

With these insights, you can easily evaluate each product’s performance and plan targeted marketing campaigns to boost your sales.

Section 2: How to Access to Product Sold & Customer Report

In order to access the product sold and customer report feature, you need to have ecommerce pro package.

Go to NMS side menu > My Sales > Marketing Tools > Product’s sold & Customer Report

Section 3: How to Check Product Sold & Customer Report

Step 1: Click the “Select Product” button, choose the products you want to generate data for (up to 5), and click “OK.”

Step 2: Click the “Generate Data” button, then click “OK,” and scroll to the bottom of the page.

Step 3: In the "Sold and Shopping Cart" section you can check how many of the selected products have been sold and are currently in the customer's shopping cart.

Step 4: In the 'Buyer List' section, you can review the buyers of the selected product and the quantity they have bought.

Step 5: In the 'Currently in Member’s Cart' section, you can see who added the selected product to their cart, the date of addition, and the quantity they added.
