1. On your PC, search for "Control Panel"
2. On the Control Panel Page, search "mail"
3. Click on the Mail (Microsoft Outlook)
4. Click on "Email Account"
5. Click on "New"
6. Choose "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next"
7. Select "POP or IMAP" and click "Next"
8. Fill in the information based on the PDF that has been sent to your company's Master Email
- Your Name - The name will be shown when you email others
- Email Address - Your Email Address that needs to be set up
- Account Type - IMAP
- Incoming Mail Server - Refer to the PDF
- Outgoing Mail Server - Refer to the PDF
- Username - Your Email Address
- Password - Your Email Address Password
9. Click on "More Settings"
10. Navigate to "Outgoing Server" and Choose "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
11. Navigate to "Advanced" and fill in the information based on the PDF that has been provided to your company's Master Email
- Incoming server (IMAP): 993
- Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL/TLS
- Outgoing server (SMTP): 465
- Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL/TLS
12. Click "OK"
13. Click on "Next" and the email setup is done.
