1. How does Mantap technology work?
Mantap uses Near Field Communication (NFC) technology. When customers tap their smartphone on the Mantap card, it instantly opens a custom page where they can share pre-generated reviews on their social media accounts. No app download is required—it works with any NFC-enabled smartphone.

2. What social media platforms are supported?
Mantap supports major social media platforms, including Facebook, Google Reviews, and Rednote, with more coming soon. You can also customize which platforms appear for your customers during setup.

3. How does the AI generate reviews in multiple languages?
Our AI uses your business information, uploaded images, and custom instructions to create trusted, engaging reviews. It crafts natural-sounding reviews in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malay.

4. Can customers edit the AI-generated reviews?
Yes! While our AI provides a well-crafted starting point, customers can always edit, personalize, or completely rewrite the review before sharing. This ensures trustworthiness while saving time and offering helpful suggestions.

5. What if customers don’t have NFC on their phone?
While most modern smartphones have NFC enabled by default, Mantap cards also include a QR code as a backup. Customers can scan the QR code to access the same sharing experience if their NFC isn’t available or working.

6. Can I use multiple Mantap cards for one account?
Absolutely! You can link multiple Mantap cards to a single account—perfect for businesses with multiple branches or service areas.
