How to Create Birthday Campaign

Boost member loyalty and engagement by gifting a birthday voucher before or on their birthday. You can customize the birthday voucher in terms of discount, voucher validity, pre-sent time, and more.

Method 1: Search “Birthday campaign” in the search menu bar at the top of NMS.

Method 2: Go to My Sales > Marketing Tools > Birthday Campaigns

Step 1: Set Birthday Voucher Email Title

Step 2: Choose Discount Type (Fix Amount or By Percentage) and set the amount

Step 3: Set Minimum Cart Price

If no amount is set, it means that members can use the birthday voucher to checkout without a minimum cart price. If set to 100, it means that members need to reach RM100 in order to redeem and use the birthday voucher.

Step 4: Set Birthday Voucher Valid Date

This means that once a member receives the birthday voucher, how many days will the voucher be valid before it expires

Step 5: Birthday Voucher Pre-sent time

This means that the birthday voucher email will be sent to the member how many days before their birthday. For example, if I set it to 7 days, it means that 7 days before the member's birthday, they will receive the email notification for the birthday voucher.

Step 6: Once done, click “Start Campaigns Now”

You can check how many birthday vouchers have already been sent out, the total vouchers used, and basic voucher information for this birthday campaign.

If you want to edit the birthday campaign, you need to click 'Suspend Campaign Now' and then recreate a new birthday campaign.

Member will receive an email notification based on Birthday Voucher Pre-sent Time.

Member can login the website and view the birthday voucher in “Discount Voucher”

Members can easily redeem their vouchers on the checkout page by either pasting the voucher code and clicking 'Redeem' or directly ticking the voucher and clicking 'Redeem.
