Restocking products is crucial for sustaining customer satisfaction, meeting demand, adapting to changing market conditions, and ensuring the overall success of a business.
Section 2: How to access My Sales Dashboard
Go to My Sales > Dashboard
Section 3: Restock Product
A restock alert is a notification designed to inform businesses when the quantity of a specific product is insufficient.
Step 1: Customers click on “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” button
Step 2: Choose "Notify via WhatsApp" or Fill in the information
Step 3: Click “Notify me”
Step 4: customers will receive an email
Merchants will receive email notifications for restock alerts as well.
