1. Why my customer unable to redeem their voucher?

A voucher may not work for the following reasons:

  • It has expired.

  • It is limited to certain products.

  • The minimum spend requirement hasn’t been met.

  • You have already used it once (if it’s a one-time-use code).

  • The total redemption limit for the voucher has been reached.

  • It cannot be combined with other vouchers. Currently, only a storewide voucher or a product voucher can be used together with a free shipping voucher. A storewide voucher and a product voucher cannot be used together.

  • For first-time sign-up member vouchers, members can only earn and redeem them after the voucher settings have been configured.

2.     What should I do if the buyer forgot to apply the voucher?

Once an order is placed, vouchers cannot be applied retroactively. Please make sure to apply the voucher code before confirming the order. Otherwise, you will need to place another order to redeem the voucher.

3.     What happens if my customers cancel an order after using a voucher, or if the system automatically cancels the order due to non-payment?

The voucher may not be reusable if the usage limit is set to one per member. The merchant can create a new replacement voucher and share the voucher code with the member.
