What is NP Merchant Points?
October 13, 2025Clients earn NP Merchant Points with every purchase made through NEWPAGES (excluding the Service Tax amount).
For example, a client who signs up for a package worth RM6,850 (before SST) will earn 6,850 Merchant Points. These points are redeemable for a value of RM68, which can be applied toward a future renewal or upgrade payment.
"Points are calculated at a rate of 100 points per RM1.00, with value applied in whole Ringgit denominations."
Where to check NMS Credit Balance?
NP Merchant Point is displayed on the NMS Dashboard at the top-right corner under the merchant's company name.
What is the difference between NP Merchant Point and NMS Credit?

NP Merchant Points are a reward you earn for being a client, and they function as a discount on your future major payments (like renewals).
