e-commerce Report

Step 1: Search for “E-commerce Report” in the search bar, or go to NMS Side Menu > Report > E-commerce.

Step 2: Select your preferred date range and order status, then click “Generate Order Report.”
The system will display an Order List showing:

• The total number of orders
• The total number of paid orders and their total amount
• The total number of unpaid orders and their total amount

Step 3: You can export the report by clicking “Generate Excel” or “Generate PDF” to download it in your preferred format.

Step 4: In the E-commerce Report, you can also view:

• The Sales Report for the current month
• Order Information for completed and incomplete orders

Step 5: Scroll to the bottom of the page to view your Top Selling Products, including the number of units sold and the total earnings.
