E-Invoice Customer Profile is an essential plugin designed to streamline the management of E-Invoice profiles. Tailored for businesses in Malaysia, this feature seamlessly integrates into your CMS, allowing you to collect, validate, and share your E-Invoice information as required by LHDN.

Section 2: How to Access to e-Invoice Customer Profile Plugin
Note: Before accessing e-Invoice Customer Profile plugin, you need to make sure the plugin is activated.
Here are the three fastest ways to access the plugin:
Method 1: Search E-Invoice in the search menu at the top of NMS > Click "System Settings"
Method 2: After activating the plugin, you can quick access to “Member Points” & “Member Reward Station” by using the search menu button
Method 3: Go to the plugin store or search in the dashboard for 'E-Invoice Customer Profile,' and click the to access it.
Section 3: How to Setup Your e-Invoice Profile
Step 1: Click "Edit Your Profile"
Step 2: Fill in your company information
Step 3: Once done, click "Submit"
Step 4: Click "Copy Profile URL" and share with others
Once the receiver clicks the URL, they can view your company information for e-invoice implementation and easily click to copy the details.
Section 4: How to Collect Customer E-Invoice Profiles
You can click "Copy" to share the link with your customers.
Please note that this function only works when your website is published live
Once customers receive the link, they can choose to register for a company e-invoice or for personal.
For company e-invoice, customers should fill in the required company information and contact details (they can add more than one contact and select one as the default). Once finished, click 'Check & Save.'
For personal e-invoices, customers can simply click 'Register for Personal,' fill in their Malaysian IC and TIN number, and once completed, click 'Validate.'
Please note that if customers fill in incorrect or invalid tax profile information, validation will fail.
Section 5: How to Check and Edit Customer E-Invoice Profiles
You can choose to view company or personal e-invoice profiles.
a) For Company
You can view the customer's company name, business registration number, SST registration number, tax identification number, and total number of available contact persons.
You can also search by company name or TIN number.
Additionally, you can click 'Export' to download the e-Invoice list for company in Excel format.
If you wish to check more details or edit the information, click "edit"
You can start to check and edit the customer company details. Once done, click "Submit"
In the right contact person list, you can click or to show or hide the email address and contact number. You can also click "Edit" to view the information.
If you wish to add a new contact person, click 'Add' and fill in the contact person's details. Once done, click 'Submit.'
If you wish to edit a contact person's details, click 'Edit' and update the information. Once done, click 'Submit.'
If you wish to delete a contact person, click 'Delete' > Yes, delete it
b) Personal
Choose 'Personal' to view the customer's name, TIN number, contact number, and email address.
You can also search by name, TIN number, or contact number.
You can click or to show or hide the email address and contact number.
Additionally, you can click 'Export' to download the e-invoice list for personal in Excel format.
You can click "View" to check or edit customer details.
