A WhatsApp popup refers to a small window or dialog box that appears on a website or within a mobile app, prompting users to initiate a conversation and fill in their basic information.
Section 2: How to Setup WhatsApp Popup
1) WhatsApp Message
A WhatsApp message is a pre-typed message that automatically appears when the WhatsApp button is clicked. The default WhatsApp message is "Hi, i am interested to know more."
If you wish to customize your own WhatsApp message, you can fill in the message in the WhatsApp message column.
2) Share Current URL in WhatsApp
Turn on this button, will show the current URL in the Whatsapp message:
If you don't want to display the URL, you can turn it off. By turning it off, all pages (except for the product page) with the WhatsApp button will not show the current URL.
3) WhatsApp Popup
3a. WhatsApp Popup
Turn on the WhatsApp popup button. Once a visitor clicks the WhatsApp button, a dialog box will pop up for them to fill in their name and contact number.
This way, you can collect the visitor's name and contact number for record-keeping purposes.
If you don't need this function, can turn it off.
3b) WhatsApp Popup Button Label
The default button label is "WhatsApp Us", you can customize your Popup button label

3c) WhatsApp Popup Title
The WhatsApp Popup Title will be displayed in the popup dialog box. If nothing is filled out, it will remain blank.

The WhatsApp Popup Description will be displayed in the popup dialog box. If nothing is filled out, it will remain blank.
