After the CRM system is activated, it will appear in the left-side menu > Click CRM > Go to CRM System
You can check the latest 10 pending orders on the dashboard for the order ID, customer name, order date, and amount. Click to view order details and update the status.

After accessing the CRM system, click on 'ORDERS.' This page will display all orders. You can check the order details directly or filter your orders by selecting the customer level. Click to view order details and update the status.
Method 3
You can also click 'View Details.' All the orders displayed in 'View Details' will be categorized by customer level. You can filter your orders based on customer level, date range, and status. You can also click 'Generate CSV' to download the file.
Step 3: You can also leave a comment and choose to notify the customer by email. If you don't want to notify the customer by email, you can untick that option.
Step 4: Once done, click 'Update.'
