The above picture shows the 'Inquire Now' button and the inquiry form on the website's product page. Clicking on the 'Inquire Now' button will redirect users to the inquiry form, where they can fill it out and send their inquiry. You may follow the below steps to turn on or turn off them.
Section 2: How to Turn On / Off Product "Inquiry Now" Button and Inquiry Form
Step 1: Access to Website Setting page
Method 1: Seach "website setting" in search menu bar at the top of NMS
Method 2: Go to NMS side menu > Website Setting > Website Setting
Step 2: Turning on the button will display both the 'Inquire Now' button and the inquiry form on the website's product page. Turning off the button will remove them from the page.
Step 3: Click on "Update" button
Section 3: Enable Inquiry to Send via Both Email and WhatsApp
If you want users' inquiries to be sent to both WhatsApp and email, turn on the 'Enquiry to WhatsApp' button. If you want inquiries to be sent only via email, then turn it off.
Remember to click "Update" button once done
Section 4: How to Check Your Website Enquiry
You can check your website inquiries through your email or WhatsApp directly, or by using our NMS backend or NMS app.
