How to Manage Service Tag (Add, Edit, Delete)

Section 1: Introduction

A service tag is a descriptive label or keyword associated with a service. We encourage you to add relevant and search-friendly tags to your service.

Section 2: How to Add Service Tag

Step 1: Search "Services list" in the search menu at the top of NMS or

Go to NMS side menu > Manage > Service > All Service

Step 2: Click "Add Service" for a new service or add tag to existing service

Step 3: Fill in the tags (maximum 5 tags) > Press 'Enter' on your keyboard to save the tag; if not, it will not be considered saved.

Step 4: Once done, click "Submit"

Section 3: How to Edit Service Tag

Step 1: Go to NMS side menu > Manage > Service > Manage Service Tags

Step 2: Search for the tag you wish to edit 

Step 3: Click  to edit the tag title 

Step 4: Once done editing, press enter to save 

You can click   to view the services with this tag on your website.
Please note that this function only works when your website is published live and the service page is activated.

Section 4: How to Delete Service Tag

Step 1: Go to NMS side menu > Manage > Service > Manage Service Tags

Step 2: Search for the tag you wish to delete 

Step 3: Click  to delete the service tag
