How to Redeem Voucher (Customer Perspective)

Below are the steps for users to redeem their voucher:
Once the user adds a product to their cart, they can click the shopping cart icon and proceed to the checkout page.
On the checkout page, there is a Redeem button. The user can click the Redeem button.
If the voucher is available, it will be shown directly in the redeem voucher list.
The user can simply tick the voucher to enjoy the discount.
Please note that if the voucher is for members only, the user must log in as a member in order to redeem the voucher.
If you receive a voucher code from the seller, you can follow the same steps as above. Simply enter the voucher code in the designated field and click the Redeem button. The voucher will then appear in the voucher list. Select the voucher to apply and redeem it.
Once the voucher is redeemed, it will be shown in the voucher discount section, and the system will automatically deduct the amount from the subtotal.
For a fully free shipping voucher, it will be shown on the shipping information page. The free shipping discount will be displayed directly, and the user does not need to pay the shipping fee.
For a partial shipping fee discount where the seller covers part of the shipping cost, the user will need to pay the remaining amount. Once the partial shipping voucher is applied, the shipping information page will display the shipping fee after the discount has been applied.
Section 2: How can Members Check Their Vouchers?
Step 1: Click the member icon and select "Login." Use the same method you used to register to log in to your member account.
If you signed up by filling out the registration form, please enter your email and password, then click "Login."
If you registered via Facebook, click "Login with Facebook."
Step 2: Select Discount Voucher
Members can then check their available vouchers and view the voucher details. If they wish to redeem a voucher, they can follow the steps in section 1.
