WhatsApp broadcast lets you send a single message to multiple contacts at once. Each recipient gets the message as a regular, private chat—they won't know anyone else received it, and any replies they send go only to you.
How to Connect to WhatsApp Account?

Only Facebook Business account allowed for WhatsApp Broadcast
Currently, WhatsApp Broadcast only applicable to selected package. Refer to your Account Manager for package eligibility
After completing the binding of the WhatsApp number to the Facebook Business account, you may now select the number you wish to use for broadcasting.
You can bind up to 10 WhatsApp numbers

You may add contacts or import bulk contacts using an Excel cvs file.
Starting a Campaign
Click "Manage Templates" button to launch Meta Business Suite
You may choose existing templates based on industry, category, or even customise your own template here.
Once you have selected the template in Meta Business Suite, it will appear on the Template dashboard for quick selection.
When you click the "Use" button under Action, you can manage the template messages before sending them out to a list of recipients.

To - Select who your recipients are from the contact list
Send Time - Schedule the date and time, or send it now.
